Cancellation Policy
By booking an appointment, you agree to the following policy. A deposit is required to secure your appointment date and time. This deposit is non-refundable under all circumstances, as it reserves my time and turns away other clients for that slot.
Appointments must be booked at least 72 hours in advance.
If you cancel at least 72 hours before your scheduled appointment, your deposit remains forfeited but no additional charge applies.
If you cancel less than 72 hours before your appointment, cancel the same day, or no-show, you will be charged the full price of the service booked. Your deposit will be applied toward this amount.
I also understand life happens, and emergencies happen. Please reach out to me and refunds are available on a case-by-case basis at my discretion.
